Delivery information

When Xcite accepts your order, Xcite aims to deliver your product(s) within the timescales outlined below. When buying online, you can request products to be delivered to an address of your choice.

Some offers and promotions may have different delivery timescales, which will be outlined in the terms and conditions for each promotion. If you have any questions regarding your order, email [email protected].

Products will sometimes arrive separately, but you won't incur any additional delivery charges. Xcite will confirm to you by email once your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure (e.g. a communal postal address or PO Box) or is in a remote location which is not serviced by our logistics provider. If this impacts your order, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

Exchange or Return is possible only within fourteen (14) days of purchase from date of delivery subject to the terms herein:

In case if you wish to Exchange or Return the product(s), please contact us on the address given in Contact Details for approval and further actions.

Exchange or Return shall be made provided the product (including the unit carton) is returned unused and unopened (original seal not broken) along with accessories & FOC (Free of Cost).

No Exchange or Return is allowed on consumable products.

If a defect is discovered after opening/using the product, your product is covered under repair/replacement warranty of Dyson. Please note Xcite is a retailer only and the obligation for warranty rests with Dyson as per the warranty conditions listed on the warranty card.
